API & Extending WIODE with Plugins

In order to facilitate advanced usage of the system WIODE (after v.3.0) includes an API which allows retrieval and modification of data maintained on the system. The API uses key-based authentication and returns JSON or raw data to allow scripting in a variety of languages and platforms. It also includes a plugin engine for easy development of plugins and extensions for the application.

Code Snippets The snippet library lets you easily maintain and insert commonly used code. FTP Process Heads-up FTP process allows you to GET/PUT resources and access logs so you know everything worked. Previewer Built-in viewer lets you preview your work with a simple key combo (or button press). File History View previously saved versions of files and revert if needed. User Management Easily manage user accounts and grant access only to selected projects. Project Management View project information, create backups, and easily manage FTP connections.
